Welcome to Gobonza! Our mission is to spotlight some of the best sights, tasty goodies and shopping opportunities that this vast, trafficky, multi-faceted city has to offer.

‘Cuz we get it… Houston is not exactly the most accessible, user-friendly city in the world. You have to work for it a bit more than some of the more obvious, homogeneous, touristy places on earth. (And you’ll probably need a car.)

But Houston is our home town, and you don’t have to convince us that this place is full of hidden treasures, great deals, delicious food and drink, friendly people, and some of the best damn air conditioning on the planet.

This is a labor of love. Houston is a great town — and we’re looking forward to bringing you the latest happenings, some of our long-time favorite sights and treats, as well as discovering a few new ones right along with you.
